Last Modifier and Last Modified date do not get updated.

The last modified date of an order does not change. If it is a new order, the last modified date remains the same as created on date of the order, even after submitting and deploying.

The last modifier does not get updated either. I logged in a user different from the one who created the order and added some comments, saved it and observed the Last Modifier remains the same as the creator ( and the Last Modified Date remains the same as well.)

<strike>I used a quote that was created pre-2.0.2 data migration and then deployed it. The order was fully deployed but the I observed that the Last Modified date remained the same as it was before I deployed it.</stike>
