Documents needed for onboard.groovy

Can you please send an example of the script when setting up a new reseller? I’m not sure what a handful of the arguments are, and what are valid values for all the arguments. For example, what format should the phone number be in? If I want 30% markup, do I pass in ‘.3’ or ‘30’? What is Caller’s realm vs. Resellers Realm?

It would be really helpful if all the information for this script was on the wiki like all the other scripts.
