Description
Steps:
1. Deploy a siteGen request for a customer having no customer URL. (<customerURL></customerURL>)
Expected:
The siteGen request must succeed as its upto a customer to decide if they want to have a customerURL or not.
Actual:
The request fails in SOAP UI with an error saying.
customer.customerURL: size must be between 1 and 200
