SGS : siteGen request with NULL customer id gets through successfully

Steps:

1. Send a siteGen request having NULL customer id.

Expected:

The siteGen should fail with a clear error saying null customer bpid.

Actual:

We get an exception "Invalid conversion waypoint ID" during siteGen. Please find the exception below.
