Description
When Tech Ops user onboards a reseller, they will be adding an initial subscriber user as part of the onboarding process.
This initial user is expected to be the Subscriber's Admin (per the questionnaire). After the onboarding process is complete (or part of process), the tech ops user can add additional users per the subscriber questionnaire list of users.
additional info about the Subscriber Admin:
This subscriber admin will be the only user that is authorized to submit a support ticket to add/remove subscriber users (since currently no user management UI). That is, tech ops will only act on the support ticket request to add/remove users if the ticket was submitted by this Subscriber Admin.
Note: "Subscriber" is terminology used in the on-boarding questionare, and is interchangeable with "Reseller"
