Subscriber Product Name and Support Number is configurable

      Description

      Currently, a Subscriber's Product Name (acquired as part of the Onboarding Questionnaire) may be used in the Merchant activation emails referring to the Merchant Dashboard. This is an optional setting available to the subscriber.

      The product Name is currently not designed as part of the Merchant Dashboard UI, but may be added in a future release.

      Additional requirement:

      Merchant emails say "If you have any questions, please contact your

      {Reseller Name}

      support at

      {Reseller Support Phone Number}

      ." If the reseller has emails/merchant access enabled, then a support phone number should be required. This number and/or support email contact info will be provided in the questionnaire and part of the subscriber settings.
