Users should be able to retrieve estimates for campaigns using specified currencies and languages

The Core BES code returns estimates in the default currency of the MCC. It should be updated to request estimates using an account ID (clientID) of an account that is configured with the specified currency. This will generate estimates in the desired currency. Caching of estimates will have to be done by currency code so DB updates are required. The immediate need for this is in the dev or qa environments to test "non-default" currencies.

Similarly, estimates should be requested with a specified languageCode.
