I18N: Reseller email messages need corrections

      Description

      Tested onboarding of a test realm with reseller language specified as "ja" and reseller country code as "jp". The reseller activation email displays "Activate Account" (instead of translated text - see attachment). On the welcome email, it appears most of the translations are made, except for the last line in the message, which appears very mangled (see second attachment.
