            Description

            The BA 10892 has negative keywords in the keywords table that are marked as isGeoMod = 1.

            In AdWords the GM SE campaign (02d613bb-6f6e-44d0-be04-6f0409134f0d_10892_17290_44_GM) has the negative keywords as positives.

            This appears to have been a problem all the way back to SMB (Optus) in KeywordServiceImpl (though there were few GM negative keywords).
