            Description

            Requirements:

            1. As part of the MySQL 5.5 upgrade, we need to search for all temp tables used in the code (including if the load scripts in core-content create temp tables). We're going to start using the "utf8mb4" character set and "utf8mb4_unicode_ci" collation.
