Maintenance mode not working for Hibu Production Environment

I used the pre-canned httpd config files on the Hibu realm to put the hibu apache server into maintenance mode.

Outside users were not able to access the system, however, the pretty landing page was not displayed to users. They instead got a 403 error page (see screenshot).

Also, hitting link http://166.78.29.93:8080/reseller did not punch through the firewall either. I had to add a specific realm tag to the link : http://166.78.29.93:8080/reseller/?realm=hibu
