Conditions of Use Text and Privacy Policy Text need to be formatted to match template

When Site Gen inserts the Privacy Policy and COU text it needs to look like it it belongs in the template... thus it should be formatted similarly to the template. The two attached images illustrate the expectation although note that both of these were hand edited (to improve their appearance) as part of the Case Study work. The Paul Meehan image shows how a nicely formatted PP page would look whereas the Seaview Plasterer image shows subpar formatting
