Ads and keywords are moved to live ads/keyword section instantly, once user clicks on SAVE CHANGES,before those are deployed successfully

1.Login to Brand Campaign UI.

2.Enter valid customer Id , Brand UI page is displayed.

3.Generate Ads/keywords and Click ON SAVE CHANGES

and observe UI,the Jboss logs and Adwords.

Actual result:

Ads/keywords are moved to Live section before jboss log shows Success in outbound message or before ads/keywords are reflecting in Adwords.
