Upon rolling out 1.3 into production the following issue was noticed:

Notice the difference between default_value and value for email address on customizable_field_id 3947 and Address Line 1 customizable_field_id 313
This needs to be verified as fixed in 1.3 or it needs to be fixed. Suspect root cause in translation synching customerSite with customerSiteFromRequest
