Edit Order tab

Technical issue:
1. When two subcategories in [Business Subcategory and Location] are selected at the same time, it causes a conflict error. Once it is saved, it won't go away.
2. Edit button does not have a Technical to delete any items.
Recommend to use:
There should be a way to fix the conflict. The Edit button should be able to edit the issues.
