mms_common.accounts table has a bpID column that is varchar(11) - this is too short for the customerID

            Description

            The ADS saves the customerID and domain to the mms_common.accounts table. The bpID (a Yell term) column should be renamed to customerID and extended to support the Core customerID length of 32 characters.
