Sprint:Sprint 10 - Cumberland, Sprint 11 - Cumberland
Description
Reseller level admin users (primary reseller user, tech ops user) on 2.0.2.1 do not have admin privileges in newly migrated 2.1 systems. Admin users created on 2.0.2.1 and earlier releases were not created with any special roles or group assignments because there was no security model. As part of migration, all admins that fall into this category must be assigned the admin role to gain admin privileges.
Primary reseller users are tied to the reseller record but there is nothing that separates a tech ops reseller admin from a regular user (in a 2.0.2.1 system). Someone must specify what users are admins and something (a sql script?) has to correct the permission/role/group assignments.
