Description
privacy policy and conditions of use should have the following changes:
merchant attributes should be an empty list
paragraphs should be an empty list
meta content for privacy policy and conditions of use is a different content type, it looks like its getting regular meta content right now
we might want to implement this by making a pp/cou specific content importer
