Merchant dashboard printing does not look as well as may be expected.

MERCHANT DASHBOARD – FUTURE FUNCTIONALITY SUGGESTIONS
• Merchant dashboard - suggest adding a print button. May be useful to have it display a version which is formatted for printing. But even if it is only to activate the print function in the browser, the call to action to print seems desirable. NTT will ask "can it print?". "Yes it can, you do CTRL-P" is not as good as, "click on the print button". jjb - FRANK/BRIAN we should make a couple of user stories for this. First for printing from the merchant dashboard, second for printing the reports page from the reseller screen in the Merchant reports tab. A good follow-up requirement would be to export the reports from the merchant dashboard and reseller UI into CSV, PDF, JPG, etc. I'd create an individual story for each case.
• Click to email functionality is also desirable - jjb - FRANK/BRIAN - Capture this as a story or a one-pager for future features.

• Merchant dashboard printing does not look great. My test omits the header, loses some of the graph data, and smooshes the formatting. Any revisions planned or possible here? - jjb formatting for printing was never a requirement and not tested.
