Update all keyword files to use the column headers the load script expects.

We discovered that the keyword files had column headers that didn't match how they were being used in the system. The load scripts expect GM, GT and MO indicators whereas the files contain GM, MO and Display columns. Both US and Japan files need to be updated to avoid further confusion.
