Description
We need a script that can be run as a cron job to automatically pause campaigns for a given MCC. This has become increasingly important due to all the end-to-end load testing.
There should also be a flag to pass in accounts/campaigns to exclude, so they can stay active (ie. in QA they may need an account or two active for performance testing)
