Remove all DTOs and Utilize the DOM

The SMB Platform utilize both a Service Object and DTO DOM. There is redundancy between the two models that is not necessary. Need to merge both the SO and DTO object model into one canocical data model that will be used for services and data persistence. This will make the service/data layer more intuitive and remove the need for the mapping of SO to DTO and DTO to SO object mapping. Reducing the amount of code that needs to be maintained going forward.
