Run validation to check for live Bing campaigns
A subscriber may choose to disable Bing due to ending contract with Bing. Tech Ops user will have to update reseller settings to disable Bing.
AML would no longer display BING as an option in the Monthly Quote Range and Budget UI.
Reporting, however, would still remain in tact to include Bing since we would not eliminate the performance data.
carryover monies remain in Bing tables
Assume all Bing campaigns have been terminated via redploy in AML before Tech Ops disables Bing
