Subscriber user can access merchant performance data download (and API user)

DEMO:
user can either download or access data via reporting API to capture data per attached report.

Please note sheet was updated to include Onsite actions from Google per GA. This is to differentiate any conversions tracked directly by AdWords using Adwords conversion pixel. Some clients were using AdWords conversion tracking and might as well to continue supporting this. This is the column in the attached report (Paid Search Leads Total).

We are not planning to support Bing's Universal Event Tracking code (although we could consider adding in the future). The plan to is to focus on Google Analytics for all conversions moving forward. In the meantime (until we release "Saturn" which will deliver on reading GA data), tech ops will manually upload GA data from Bing and Google into the AML db. Mercury must support this.

The values in the column Analytics Leads Total is the sum of the values in the column Onsite actions from Bing per GA and Onsite actions from Google per GA.

Data must be broken out by network. No need for aggregated data across networks.

it's possible that total GA column data may be higher than sum of G and B onsite actions column data. G and B onsite actions data should equal Paid Search column data
