I get the same out when I run with and without the flag.
Here are the commands I ran, all resulted in the same output, running for all seaccounts.
[tsaapp@optus-qa-agency1 bidmgr]$ ./sesummarize.sh -d3 -S3 --seaccount 405780 2>/tmp/jelliott_sesumm_628_6
[tsaapp@optus-qa-agency1 bidmgr]$ vi /tmp/jelliott_sesumm_628_6
[tsaapp@optus-qa-agency1 bidmgr]$ ./sesummarize.sh -d3 -S3 -A405780 2>/tmp/jelliott_sesumm_628_7
