Max length of Staging Area name in the Create SA prompt

User can input a maximum of 60 characters into the "Create New Staging Area" prompt.
Exceeding this length causes a "Incorrect database name" exception and the Staging Area database is not created.
The staging area will be displayed in the list of selectable Staging Areas until the page is refreshed. Attempting to select the Staging Area will enable the "Validate Staging Area" option. Attempting to validate causes a "Unknown database" exception, but doesn't seem to affect anything.

Suggest to add a check to see if user input is <=60 characters before attempting to create Staging Area.
