Staging Area list not updated after switching Target DB

When switching Target DBs, the list in "Staging Area > Select Staging Area" is not "cleanly" updated. Rather than displaying only the Staging Areas located on the Target DB it currently adds everything it finds into the list.

ie. In regards to the screenshot:
Dylan DB contains staging_2
local_prod contains a1,a2,a3,a4,a5
Open DataLoader, select Dylan as Target DB, then local_prod, then Dylan again

Happens any time a Target Database is selected, including the same one.
