As a TSA analyst, I want to see order end date reporting, so that I can accurately use this data in my calculations

Currently, none of our internal reports (aka the five csv files) provides order end date reporting. An additional data field should be added to the "account level order data" report to capture an order end date. The order end date needs to match the budget accrual end date (i.e. the date and time when budgets cease to accrue for a particular order).
