Deleting from Syntax Errors doesn't always delete from Local Files

I've noticed, especially when loading a lot of files, that deleting a file from the Syntax Errors tab doesn't always delete the entry from the Local Files tab. (Not sure if it's directly related to loading many files though). It seems that the model gets deleted, but the entry from Local Files just doesn't get removed.
