Validate against certain punctuation in Japanese keyword files

            Description

            On Friday there was a bug found where Google was failing to launch orders for a BA when in contained a Japanese single quote (’).
            It would be best to create a validation to check against this character in the keywords field.

            At the moment it is uncertain if other Japanese (and possibly English) punctuations will cause orders to fail.
