Jumps back to top of file tab list when deleting a file

When there are many files loaded inside Local Files/Syntax Errors/Staging Area, deleting a file will cause the first item in the file list to be selected.
Deleting the file which replaces the position of the first deleted file will cause the UI to jump to the top of the list.

ex.

1. above_ground_pools
2. accordions
...
55. hotels

Deleting the file tab for hotels will then cause the UI to jump up to the first item (above_ground_pools) and display its data in the table.
