Produce National Level Google Traffic Estimates for all Existing BAs (Japan)

Story:
As an AML editorial manager I need to know the national level budget estimates for all existing BAs so that I can review, identify and correct any BAs where the national estimate is too low to be sellable.

Description:
As NTT begins to create accounts and orders they are finding a high percentage of orders where the high end of the monthly budget estimate is well below what they would expect.

In the interest of working out our taxonomy/estimation/budgeting issues prior to our customer identifying them for us we'd like to have the national level budget estimates for all existing BAs. Our intent is to use this data to identify BAs that are too low to be sellable. We can then devise a plan to correct the situation either through additional keywords or the elimination/consolidation of BAs.

Success Criteria:

• CSV file with the BAID and corresponding Japan national estimate.
• Script to allow the re-running of the data in other territories and time frames
