user can view updated online help to reflect new features

Requirements:
1. change Business Areas to Business Activities throughout (see attached updated help file)

2. remove reference on initial Orders page to Create Order button: Text should read:
"Please select an order from the Orders List to view or edit details. The list may be sorted by any of the column headers. Click View More at the bottom of the list to see more information.

To search for an order, enter either the Merchant, Creator, or Quote Name. Orders can also be filtered by Status by clicking on the Status Filter and selecting the status values of interest.

To create or update orders for specific merchants, go to the Merchants tab, select the merchant (by name or ID), and then click on the Current Order page."

3. add info about editing and viewing ads (see attached updated help file)

4. change text on main Order page from Landing Page URL to Primary Destination URL (and update help per attached updated help file)

5. add help icon to new Edit Ads and View Ads window

6. add help icon to the Status field and include help text per atached.

7. Please remove the Help ? icon from the initial Order Information page (same as initial Merchant Information page)
