      Description

Specifically for NTT, this issue deals with ramping up spend to budget quicker in the first month a merchant's account is set live.

Tech questions to research / answer:
      1. How is global radius boosting done in AML? Is dev required or is it a tech ops task?
      2. What is required to temporarily boost a budget (e.g. increase first month's budget by 50% and "refund" the same amount in the second month)? Preferred way is to do it using a percentage amount applicable at the subscriber level (meaning all merchants managed by this subscriber receive the same percentage budget boost in the first month - assume subsequent refunds work the same way).
      3. Manual call and location extension additions (as in the Hibu trial). The question here is how manual addition of call and location extensions will work when Wickford is released? Will Wickford override an existing existing extension (set it to blank if not entered)? Or will an existing extension in the AdWords account somehow feed into AML?
      4. What is involved in overriding GBO until AML bidding comes along?
