Test Apanaoug to Wickford Data Migration

Migration of a Cumberland --> Appanaug --> schema needs to be tested and confirmed. AML-2052 indicates that there could be issues with migrating orders to the new Wickford states. Difficult to confirm if it is a migration issue until it can be tested with a valid cumberland/apanaoug backup/environment.

Deleted orders s/b Archived

Submitted orders s/b Processing

Deployed orders that are not the most recent s/b Archived
