Japanese files shouldn't display BA/BAID mismatch in filename

Endy's machine is pointing out 'Invalid BA/BAID in filename' for JP files, but I can't seem to reproduce it. Tried having him email me the files he used and I tried using his DB (which shouldn't matter) and I still couldn't get the error.
