Pressing either cancel button disabled file upload

After uploading a file using the File Uploader, the user is presented with a small red "X" button next to the file name and a larger "Cancel" button.
Clicking the red "X" button should remove the currently uploaded file(s). Currently, it does not remove the file(s), it disables the "Browse" button, and disabled the "Load" button.

Clicking "Cancel" has a similar effect. The file uploading display disappears, but when the user clicks on File->Open, the same stuff as before is displayed.
