Location Extensions Address Fields in incorrect order for Japanese customers.

According to Miyuki, Japanese users expect their addresses in the following order:

1. Co. Name
2. Postal Code
3. State/Prefecture
4. City
5. Address 1
6. Address 2

Basically opposite what a US address is. Location extensions may need to detect the locale and language and display fields in the correct order.
