Description
"Add Completed" text after adding BA/BL is not shown in client's locale - Japanese.
Steps:
1. Log in to reseller UI.
1. Click on create merchant.
3. Enter valid inputs and create a merchant.
4. Create a order by giving valid inputs.
5. Add BA/BL and observe
