Description
Error message text is not shown in client's locale when mandatory fields are blank in Location Extension.
Steps:
1. Log in to reseller UI.
1. Click on create merchant.
3. Enter valid inputs and create a merchant.
4. Create a order with location extension Fields with out any value.
Actual
Error message text is not showing in client's locale when mandatory fields are blank in Location Extension.
Expected
Error message text should displayed in client's locale when mandatory fields are blank in Location Extension.
