Incorrect validation message for 'Contact Phone' on creating a merchant

Incorrect validation message is displayed for 'Contact Phone' on creating a merchant in the Merchant Information page.

Steps
1) Click on Create Merchant to create a merchant
2) Enter the necessary details
3) Enter Invalid Contact Email e.g., tao
4) Enter invalid Contact Phone e.g., tao
5) Save

Actual Result: A dialog box with the following message is seen.
"Error saving merchant
contact.workPhone [invalid format]"

Expected Result: No dialog box with weird message should be seen
Note: No error dialog box is seen when just invalid Contact Phone is alone entered.
