Description
Currently the Self Service UI only allows you to update a single email address. Technically there is a separate email address for each campaign. We should allow the user to update the de-duped set of email addresses. More optimally - we should associate the email address with the branch info so that there is one email address per branch id and allow the user to update the de-duped set of branch email addresses (although this would require changes to the wsdl that would cause customer re-work).
