Description
As an AML subscriber i want to ensure that my merchants spend their budget completely every cycle so that there are no needs for refunds.
As part of our NTT meeting Sept 13 they were especially disappointed that there were customers who were not coming close to 100% spend to budget. As a possible solution to this problem Ben wanted us to consider the Google budget smoothing option. We current set everyone to spend evenly throughout the month. We'd like to test the "spend as quickly as it can" setting.
