Description
'Last Modified' column on Merchants page does not get updated
Steps:
1) Create a Merchant
2) Edit the Merchant by changing the Contact Email or Contact Phone or any other field on the 'Contact Info' page and save
3) Notice the 'Last Modified' column
Actual Result: 'Last Modified' is not updated
Expected Result: 'Last Modified' should be updated to show the modified time and date
