Unable to activate user account on creating a new user for Reseller UI

Steps:
1) Create a user using groovy script

groovy create-user.groovy -ah http://aq-qa-tomcat1:8080/sapi/rest/ -cu <Admin Username> -cp <Admin Passowrd> -cr <realm> -u <New Username> -ll TRACE -d "<New User ID>" -ra <User realm>

2) An email is sent to activate the user by setting the password with a link "Activate account"

Actual Result:
Link is not click-able
Expected Result:
On clicking the link, it should take the user to the page to set the password
