Description
Error message is not in client's locale in case of deployment fails when a long Destination URL is given while creating an order.
Steps:
1. Log in to reseller UI.
1. Create merchant by Entering merchant name and other valid inputs.
3. Create an order for the merchant having a long destination URL(Ex-More than 100 characters should be there).
4. Deploy the order.
Expected
When the deployment fails,the error message should be shown in client's locale.
Actual
Error message displayed is not in client's locale.
