Description
The way the date display is inconsistent throughout the UI. Sometimes it is read to display in US style as MM/DD/YYYY, or sometimes in JPN 2013年、XX月XX. it should be consistent through out UI. (schedule deploy and order information) i recommend to use the same display style as it is in current product environment, which is ’2013年XX月XX日”
