How do we apply alias changes/removal to existing campaigns (and not just new ones)?

            Description

            Actual problem use case:
            • NTT wanted English variations of geo names removed.
            • All English aliases were removed from the alias repository.
            • We said we’d check back in today to see if that led to live alias adgroups being removed automatically.
            • The alias adgroups corresponding to aliases that had been removed from the repository are still live.

            One possible workaround that should be tested: remove the AdGroup in Adwords manually and see if this breaks anything in AML in the Wickford/Johnston version (and keeps the change in Adwords). Suggestion was to use the NTT demo accounts to test this out.
