SMB Data Loader: Clean up old session folders

            Description

            A new folder is created each time a new session is created, under the <tomcat_install_dir>/static folder. These will build up over time and not be removed.

            Projected fix:
            Cron job to delete folders older than some period of time (e.g. 7 days).
