            Description

            Polling mechanism in OMS that will periodically query ADS for any ad deployment errors since the last check interval.

            This task assumes that email alerts for ad errors will originate from OMS and OMS will be able to differentiate between alert conditions, such as all merchant campaigns are disabled due to rejected ads (vs. some).
